CAMP OUT!

Saturday night, was AMAZING! :)

Scott and Mikylee had a daddy/daughter date upstairs in the projector room, they had a "camp out" and watched movies and played video games almost ALL night! I dont think Mikylee went to bed until around 2 am! :) She was totally excited about that! HAHA!

well..

while they were on their date, Me and Jaycen had a mommy/son date! And let me tell ya that kid cracked me up and was so much fun! He PULLED himself up, from laying down! YES!!!! ANOTHER MAJOR MILESTONE completed! I seriously think the chiropractor was the trick, I sure hope! Well while he was doing that, Mikylee came downstairs to see and as you can tell from the pictures she is the PROUDEST big sister in the ENTIRE WORLD! :) Well to continue with this amazing streak, this same night, he ALSO, took a couple steps in his walker for the first time, and blew me a kiss for the first time! :)

PERFECT DAY!!!

Here is a picture that Miss Mikylee did, let me explain, Scott was letting her "type" on his laptop, she loves typing, and he told her he wanted her to write down what he told her to write about the "camp out" I think she did a pretty dang good job! :) REMEMBER, this was all on her own, all Scott did was say the words she sounded it out and spelled them!

Chiropractor

So after a lot of people recommending that I take Jaycen to the chiropractor, as much as I was hesitant of the idea, I decided to do so, so he went to the chiropractor, and well, let me just tell you, so far he is already improved sooo much! He is supposed to go back next week and I can't wait, especially if it brings as much improvement as this last one did. And as a little present for going to the chiropractor, he got a new walker/riding toy, which is what the pictures are of him on, and some of him and sister Mikylee. AND IF YOU LOOK AT THE 3RD PICTURE (THE FIRST ONE OF HIM) YOU CAN SEE THOSE TWO TEETH HE FINALLY CUT LAST WEEK!

Scott's New Camera

So Scott finally got his new camera he's been begging me for, for about 6 or so months lol! But..to be all honest, I wish I had got this one as well, it is super cute and small I LOVE IT! So does he! :) here are a few fun pictures he took with it, that I stole because I love them so much!

So the other day, after I made Mikylee her bow/ponytail holder, she decided she needed to make me something. And well TADA here it is! I JUST LOVE IT! :) It's amazing how something so little can just totally turn your day around and bring the biggest smile to your face! And to thank her, I bought her 3 roses, if you know Mikylee, you know how much she is OBSESSED with flowers! :) I LOVE YOU PRINCESS! YOU ARE THE GREATEST DAUGHTER ANYBODY COULD ASK FOR!

Mikylee's first REAL ouchies!

Poor girl, Mikylee was at Grandma and Grandpa's house and she was in the bathroom on the sink and she ended up falling all the way down! These are her battle wounds...poor princess! :( It makes me so sad!

Zeus

Scott has had such great luck with his bearded dragon Drayco, that when we were looking for a pet for Mikylee, we came across this iguana for a really good price and gave in and got him! He's a cutie though! :) Scott named him Zeus!

Buster

Mikylee has been wanting a pet for a while, so we talked about it, and we decided on a bunny! :) She LOVES her bunny so much! She named him Buster, and get this she's excited every time she gets to clean the cage out...CRAZY right!?

Quick SLC Trip

So on January 16th, we decided kind of spur of the moment to go save some money on some things we needed, and buy them in SLC, mostly stuff for our pets. We got two new pets, pics coming in next blog! But anyways...So here are just a few pictures from the trip, like I said we just went there to shop so there isnt a lot of pictures. When we first arrived in SLC however we did go to U of U hospital to see my Uncle who had just had a stroke. It was really nice seeing them, not under the circumstances of course, but none the less, still had a nice little conversation. Then we went to Texas Roadhouse for Dinner before going to the Hotel (Sheraton) for the night. Then the next day we got our shopping done and came home. Before we came home though, we got Mikylee and Jaycen each a build-a-bear because we had a really good coupon that expired on valentine's day!
